Shrimp Marinade

Stir-Fried Vegetables

Method

Shrimp Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, red chili flakes, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 3

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add sesame oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the minced ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Add Vegetables

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 5

    Season the Vegetables

Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the hot and spicy shrimp over a bed of stir-fried vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
