Main Ingredients

Method

Salmon Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine sliced carrots, broccoli florets, and sliced bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 6

    Roast the Vegetables

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven alongside the salmon for the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, until tender and slightly caramelized.
