Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into small florets, slice the red bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and trim the snow peas. Chop the green onions and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the shiitake mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them thinly.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Wok-Seer the Vegetables

Heat a large wok over high heat and add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

  2. 5

    Add the Mushrooms

Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the wok and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

  3. 6

    Incorporate the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and mushrooms in the wok. Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately. Enjoy your Buddha's Delicacy!
