Method

Egg Rolls

  1. 1

    Prepare Filling

In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, ground pork (or tofu), and soy sauce until well combined.

  2. 2

    Assemble Egg Rolls

Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.

  3. 3

    Fry Egg Rolls

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Beef Teriyaki

  1. 4

    Marinate Beef

In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook Beef

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Chicken Teriyaki

  1. 6

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 7

    Cook Chicken

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Crab Rangoon

  1. 8

    Prepare Filling

In a bowl, mix together crab meat, softened cream cheese, and chopped green onions until well combined.

  2. 9

    Assemble Crab Rangoon

Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle and seal the edges with water.

  3. 10

    Fry Crab Rangoon

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the crab rangoon until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Chicken Fingers

  1. 11

    Prepare Breading

Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

  2. 12

    Bread Chicken Strips

Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 13

    Fry Chicken Fingers

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken fingers until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Chicken Wings

  1. 14

    Prepare Wings

In a bowl, toss chicken wings with garlic powder and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

  2. 15

    Bake or Fry Wings

You can either bake wings in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40 minutes or fry in hot oil until crispy.

  3. 16

    Serve

Toss the wings again with additional buffalo sauce before serving.
