Lobster Preparation
- 1
Thaw the Lobster Tails
If using frozen cold water lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or place them in a sealed plastic bag and submerge in cold water for about 30-60 minutes until thawed.
- 2
Preheat the Grill or Broiler
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven's broiler on high.
- 3
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of the lobster shell to expose the meat. You can also use a knife to create a small slit. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
- 4
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
- 5
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove the lobster tails from the grill or broiler, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
