Pasta Preparation
- 1
Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Turkey Preparation
- 2
Sear the Turkey
In a large skillet, heat the garlic oil over medium heat. Add the shredded turkey and season with black pepper. Sear the turkey for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly crispy on the edges.
Alfredo Sauce Preparation
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- 4
Combine Everything
In the skillet with the turkey, add the cooked fettuccine and Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated in the sauce and the turkey is evenly distributed, about 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Serve the Turkey Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese to taste.
