Lasagna

Chicken Parmesan

Method

Lasagna

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix Ricotta Filling

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 3

    Layer the Lasagna

In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, followed by a layer of noodles, then a layer of the ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lasagna

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Chicken Parmesan

  1. 5

    Prepare Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Coat Chicken

Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.

  3. 7

    Fry Chicken

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  4. 8

    Bake Chicken

Place fried chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Shrimp & Crawfish Ravioli

  1. 9

    Cook Ravioli

Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 10

    Prepare Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 11

    Add Seafood

Add shrimp and crawfish to the saucepan, cooking until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 12

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. 13

    Combine and Serve

Toss cooked ravioli in the seafood sauce and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
