Preparation of Dip

Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring about 1 inch of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool under cold water. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop coarsely.

Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add Flavorings
Stir in the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Combine Ingredients
Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with pita chips for dipping.
