Prepare the Flounder
Rinse the flounder fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Flounder
Carefully place the breaded flounder fillets in the skillet. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. You should get about 4-6 crabcakes depending on size.
