Method

Prepare the seafood

1

Cook the shrimp

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2

Cook the mussels and calamari

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the mussels and calamari, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mussels open and calamari is tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the pasta

3

Cook the spaghetti

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the sauce

4

Combine ingredients

In the same pan used for seafood, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.

5

Add the wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.

6

Finish the sauce

Return the cooked shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the pan, and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and serve

7

Mix pasta with sauce

Add the drained spaghetti to the seafood sauce and toss to combine well, ensuring the pasta is coated with the sauce.

8

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
