    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.

    Cook the Pasta

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Garlic

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the Vegetables

    Add the chopped zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

    Add Spinach

    Stir in the spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with vegetables. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
