Prepare the Filling

Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Cook the steak for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner facing you. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Use a little water to seal the edge if necessary. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
