Pasta

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop all the vegetables as listed in the ingredients.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  2. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

Add the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and asparagus to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Pour in the vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.

  4. 6

    Finish with Cheese and Basil

Remove the skillet from heat, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
