Method

Cooking Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

    Cook Pasta

    Add 200 grams of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

    Drain Pasta

    Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside. Do not rinse.

Marinara Sauce Preparation

    Sauté Garlic

    In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

    Add Tomatoes

    Pour in 400 grams of canned crushed tomatoes and stir.

    Season Sauce

    Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.

    Finish with Basil

    Stir in 10 grams of chopped fresh basil just before serving.

Alfredo Sauce Preparation

    Melt Butter

    In a saucepan, melt 50 grams of butter over medium heat.

    Add Cream and Garlic

    Add 200 ml of heavy cream and 2 minced garlic cloves. Stir continuously until heated through.

    Incorporate Cheese

    Mix in 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Pesto Sauce Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a food processor, combine 50 grams of fresh basil leaves, 30 grams of pine nuts, 1 minced garlic clove, and 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

    Blend with Oil

    While blending, gradually add 100 ml of olive oil until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt to taste.
