Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.

Heat the Griddle
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a bit of butter or oil.

Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the heated griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip and Finish Cooking
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
