Method

Shrimp Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

In three separate bowls, set up a breading station: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Bread the Shrimp

Dip each shrimp into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.

Pasta Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Alfredo Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  2. 5

    Add Cream and Cheese

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until fully combined and smooth.

Shrimp Cooking

  1. 6

    Fry the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded shrimp in batches, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Combine and Serve

On a plate, create a bed of angel hair pasta, pour Alfredo sauce over the top, and arrange fried shrimp on top. Serve hot.
