Bread the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.
Pasta Cooking

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until fully combined and smooth.
Shrimp Cooking

Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded shrimp in batches, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Assembly

On a plate, create a bed of angel hair pasta, pour Alfredo sauce over the top, and arrange fried shrimp on top. Serve hot.
