Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serve

Plate the Dish
Slice the grilled pork tenderloin into medallions. Serve the fettuccine Alfredo on a plate and top with slices of grilled pork. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
