Method

Pork Loin Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork Loin

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary. Rub this mixture all over the pork loin and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Loin

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated pork loin on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Crabmeat Alfredo Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper. Gently fold in the lump crabmeat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  2. 4

    Serve the Sauce

Once the pork loin is grilled and rested, slice it and place it on a serving plate. Spoon the crabmeat Alfredo sauce generously over the sliced pork.

Vegetables Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pork is grilling, prepare the vegetables. In a mixing bowl, toss the asparagus and carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill (or roast them in the oven at 400°F/200°C for about 20 minutes) until tender and slightly charred. Serve alongside the grilled pork loin and crabmeat Alfredo.
