Method

Pork Loin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Loin

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme. Rub this mixture all over the pork loin.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Loin

Place the seasoned pork loin on the grill. Grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Crabmeat Alfredo

  1. 3

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  2. 4

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Fold in the crabmeat gently, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep warm on low heat.

Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss asparagus and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

In a grill basket or on the grill, cook the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes, until tender and slightly charred, stirring occasionally.
