Basil Hollandaise

Cream Cheese Grits

Side of Bacon

Method

Grilled Pork Loin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork loin.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork loin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Crabcake

  1. 3

    Mix the Crabcake Ingredients

In a bowl, combine lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, bread crumbs, egg, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid breaking up the crab meat.

  2. 4

    Form and Cook the Crabcakes

Form the mixture into patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Cheese Omelet

  1. 5

    Prepare the Omelet Mixture

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. 6

    Cook the Omelet

Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle shredded cheese over half of the omelet. Fold the other half over the cheese and cook for another minute.

Basil Hollandaise

  1. 7

    Make the Hollandaise Sauce

In a heatproof bowl, whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice. Place this bowl over simmering water, and whisk in melted butter until the sauce thickens. Stir in chopped basil and salt.

Cream Cheese Grits

  1. 8

    Cook the Grits

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the grits and add salt. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until thickened.

  2. 9

    Add Cheese

Once the grits are cooked, stir in cream cheese and gouda until melted and creamy.

Side of Bacon

  1. 10

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving.
