Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Assembly

Serve the Dish
Place the cooked spaghetti on plates or in bowls. Top with the meat sauce or meatballs. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
