Prepare Chicken
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each breast in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess flour.

Chop Parsley
Chop the fresh parsley and set aside for garnish.
Cooking

Sauté Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the floured chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make Sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- 6
Add Capers
Stir in the capers and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
