Preparation
- 1
Prep the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides. Then, lightly dredge each piece in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
- 2
Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze it. Allow the wine to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it reduces slightly.
- 5
Combine with Broth
Add the chicken broth to the skillet, stir well, and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for another 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
Final Assembly

Return Chicken to Skillet
Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet with the sauce. Let them simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Chicken Marsala over pasta, rice, or with a side of vegetables.
