Pasta Preparation

Cook the Fettuccini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the fettuccini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccini to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat the pasta evenly.

Serve with Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken and place on top of the creamy fettuccini Alfredo. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
