Method
Marinade Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- 2
Marinate the Beef
Place the beef tenderloin cubes in a resealable plastic bag or a large bowl. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Skewering and Cooking
- 3
Prepare the Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling. If using metal skewers, they do not need soaking.
- 4
Assemble the Kabobs
Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the marinade. Thread the beef cubes, bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating between the beef and vegetables.
- 5
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- 6
- 7
Serve
Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce or side.
