Preparation of Balsamic Glaze
- 1
Make the Balsamic Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- 2
Reduce the Glaze
Continue to simmer the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Cooking Chicken
- 3
Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of the chicken with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Glaze the Chicken
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the balsamic glaze over the chicken breasts, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
