Prepare the Cured Meats
Slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin strips. Arrange them on a large serving platter in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the aged Parmesan into small cubes and crumble the Gorgonzola. Leave the mozzarella balls whole or halve them if larger. Place the cheeses on the platter around the cured meats.

Add Marinated Vegetables
Drain any excess liquid from the roasted red peppers, artichokes, and olives. Arrange these marinated vegetables on the platter, filling in spaces between the meats and cheeses.

Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the entire platter for added flavor and presentation.

Finish the platter by drizzling balsamic glaze over the meats, cheeses, and vegetables to enhance the taste.
