Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Prepare Your Sauce
While the wings are baking, prepare your choice of sauce. For Buffalo, melt butter and mix with hot sauce and garlic powder. For Garlic Parmesan, melt butter, add minced garlic, and stir in parmesan and parsley. For Kentucky Bourbon, combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a saucepan and simmer until slightly thickened.

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in your prepared sauce until well-coated.
