Prepare the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a batter. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.

Fry the Cauliflower
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the battered cauliflower florets in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the fried cauliflower with the buffalo sauce. Toss gently until all florets are well coated.
