Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the King crab meat, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, chopped green onions, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Avocado

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Cut the avocado into thin slices.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Rolls

Lay a sheet of soy paper on a clean surface. Place a portion of the crab mixture on the lower third of the sheet, followed by a few slices of avocado. Roll the soy paper tightly, starting from the bottom and working your way up.

  4. 4

    Warm the Rolls

Place the rolled sushi seam-side down in a preheated pan over medium heat. Lightly toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until warmed through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with additional Sriracha and soy sauce for dipping.
