1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Fold in Chocolate Chips

Gently fold in the Valrhona chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

7. Scoop and Bake

Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Sprinkle with Maldon sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

8. Cool and Serve

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
