Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto the salmon fillets.

  2. 2

    Bake the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Make the Dill Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sides

While the salmon is baking, steam or roast asparagus and boil baby potatoes until tender.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the salmon with the sides and drizzle the dill sauce over the salmon.
