Brisket Preparation

Season the Brisket
In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.

Cook the Brisket
Place the seasoned brisket in a slow cooker and pour the beef broth over it. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the brisket is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Brisket
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then, shred the brisket using two forks and set aside.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread half of the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with half of the shredded brisket, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the Monterey Jack cheese.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle half of the pickled jalapeños and half of the chopped green onions over the cheese layer.

Bake the Nachos
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla chips, brisket, cheeses, jalapeños, and green onions. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
