Smoking the Meats

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Use wood chips of your choice for flavor.

Smoke the Pork Ribs
Place the pork ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 5 hours or until tender.

Smoke the Chicken Thighs
Add the chicken thighs to the smoker after the ribs have been in for 2 hours. Smoke for an additional 3 hours.

Smoke the Beef Brisket
Add the brisket to the smoker after the first hour. Smoke for approximately 10-12 hours until it reaches a temperature of 195°F (90°C).

Make the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix with dressing of your choice. Toss well and refrigerate until serving.

Follow package instructions for cornbread or use your favorite recipe. Bake and let cool before slicing.
