Prime Rib Dip Directions
- 1
Prepare the Prime Rib
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Rub the prime rib with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place the prime rib in a roasting pan, fat side up.
- 2
Roast the Prime Rib
Roast the prime rib in the preheated oven for 20 minutes to create a crust. Then reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
