Slider Ingredients

Method

Slider Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Prime Rib

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub the prime rib with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Roast the Prime Rib

Place the seasoned prime rib on a roasting rack in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until it reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare).

  3. 3

    Slice the Prime Rib

Once cooked, remove the prime rib from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. After resting, slice it thinly against the grain.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sliders

On each slider bun, layer some sliced prime rib and a slice of pepper jack cheese. Place the sliders under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Fries

In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the frozen French fries.

  2. 6

    Fry the Fries

Fry the French fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy, usually about 4-5 minutes.

  3. 7

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Immediately sprinkle with salt while hot.
