Impossible Burger

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  2. 2

Once the oil is hot, place the Impossible Burger patties on the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese and Green Chili

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of jalapeño jack cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

Once the cheese has melted, remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest.

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and toast the burger buns until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked Impossible Burger patty topped with roasted green chili.

  7. 7

Add slices of tomato and a tablespoon each of ketchup and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.
