Grilled Salmon

Honey Dill Butter

Corn on the Cob

Method

Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Honey Dill Butter

  1. 3

    Make the Honey Dill Butter

In a small bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, honey, and fresh dill. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Rice Pilaf

  1. 4

    Cook the Rice Pilaf

In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

  2. 5

    Add Rice and Broth

Stir in the rice, allowing it to toast for about 2 minutes. Then add the chicken or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Corn on the Cob

  1. 6

    Prepare the Corn

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  2. 7

    Serve the Corn

Remove the corn from the water, and spread 1 tablespoon of butter over each ear of corn. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
