Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Start by preheating your oven to 300°F (150°C). While the oven is heating, rinse the beef ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the beef ribs, ensuring an even coating.

  3. 3

    Sear the Ribs

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ribs and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. This will enhance the flavor.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

Place the seared ribs in a large baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Pour this mixture over the ribs, making sure they are well-coated.

  5. 5

    Bake the Ribs

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 3 hours, until the ribs are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone easily.

  6. 6

    Finish on the Grill (Optional)

For a smoky flavor, preheat your grill to medium heat. After baking, transfer the ribs to the grill and brush with additional BBQ sauce. Grill for about 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelized.

  7. 7

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven or grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
