Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Add the crushed ice to the blender with the liquid ingredients. Blend again until the mixture is frosty and well combined.

Pour the blended mixture into chilled glasses. Garnish each drink with a fresh pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
