Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a separate bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate with a generous portion of grilled seasonal vegetables on the side.
