Cook the Linguine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts. Return the sautéed shrimp to the skillet and stir to combine.

Combine with Pasta
Add the drained linguine pasta to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce. Toss everything together to ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
