Preparing the Brussels Sprouts
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the Brussels Sprouts
Remove any damaged outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, then trim the stem ends and cut them in half lengthwise.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
- 4

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down, to ensure maximum crispiness.
Roasting and Making the Sauce

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- 6

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the sauce by whisking together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
Finishing Touches
