Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheeses

Remove the Chef Select Brie, Cheddar, and Blue Cheese from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.

  2. 2

    Wash the Fruits

Rinse the seasonal berries and grapes under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. Core and slice the apples into wedges.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Condiments

Place the fruit jam and grain mustard in small serving bowls for easy access.

  4. 4

    Arrange the Veggies

Drain the marinated olives and pickled carrots. Place them in small bowls or directly on the cheese board.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Nuts and Breads

If not pre-packaged, candied walnuts can be prepared by tossing walnuts in sugar and toasting them in a skillet. Toast the crostinis in the oven until golden brown.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble the Cheese Board

On a large serving platter or cheese board, arrange the cheeses in separate sections. Add the seasonal fruits around the cheeses, filling in the gaps with the small bowls of jam, mustard, and the marinated veggies.

  2. 7

    Finish with Nuts and Crostinis

Scatter the candied walnuts around the board and place the toasted crostinis at one end for easy access.
