Salmon

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season the Salmon

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides.

  4. 4

    Bake the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon-Dill Sauce

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Mix Well

Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the sauce is smooth.

  3. 7

    Chill the Sauce

Cover the sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve the Dish

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and serve immediately with a generous dollop of lemon-dill sauce on top.
