Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Slice the Meats

Using a sharp knife, slice the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo into thin, bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on one side of the board.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cheeses

Cut the Brie into wedges, cube the cheddar, and crumble the Gorgonzola. Place the cheeses next to the cured meats on the board.

  3. 3

    Add Accompaniments

Scatter the olives and mixed nuts around the meats and cheeses. Add small bunches of grapes for a refreshing touch. Open the box of crackers and arrange them on the board.

  4. 4

    Finish with Honey

In a small bowl, pour the honey and place it on the board for drizzling over the cheeses or enjoyed with crackers.
