Method

For the Grilled Ribeye

1

Prepare the Steak

Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2

Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on both sides.

3

Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

4

Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

5

Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

6

Cook the Garlic

In a small saucepan, add the garlic cloves and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

7

Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, cooked garlic, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

For the Seasonal Vegetables

8

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

9

Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced vegetables, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
