Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus, slice the bell peppers and zucchini, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Season them with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, tossing occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled, carefully remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate.
