Method
Preparing the Cauliflower
- 1
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- 2
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- 3
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Baking the Cauliflower
- 4
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce
- 6
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- 7
Coating the Cauliflower
- 8
Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl.
- 9
Pour the buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower and toss gently until all the florets are coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing
- 10
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 11
Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serving
- 12
Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, drizzled with extra buffalo sauce if desired, alongside the ranch dressing for dipping.
