Veg Samosa

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling
Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, then add the mashed potatoes, peas, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let it cool.

Assemble Samosas
Divide the dough into small balls, roll each into a circle, cut in half. Form a cone, fill with the potato-pea mixture, seal the edges, and fry until golden.

Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Filling
Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, minced meat, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the meat is cooked through. Let it cool.

Assemble Keema Samosas
Divide the dough, roll into circles, cut in half. Form a cone, fill with meat mixture, seal edges, and deep-fry until golden brown.

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Paneer Pakora

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix besan, ajwain, chili powder, and salt. Add water to form a thick batter.

Cut the Paneer
Slice the paneer into bite-sized cubes.

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip the paneer cubes into the batter and fry until golden brown.
Chicken Pakora

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, combine besan, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and add water to create a thick batter.

Cut the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a deep pan. Coat the chicken pieces in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Papadum

Fry the Papadum
Heat oil in a pan, fry the papadum until puffed and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
